After trying without success a wide range of tactics to decrease the increasing violence and stress-related challenges that grip our schools, long-time educators from across America are implementing into their course curriculum the Transcendental Meditation / Quiet Time program. The educators are finding a dramatic transformation of their schools — better grades, more focus and creativity, and less violence and stress-related problems.
